To seamlessly match the khaki green exterior siding, Buist Sheet Metal covered the home with 5,200 square of Medium Bronze standing seam metal roofing that gives this classic Michigan cottage a modern feel. S-5! ColorGard bar snowguards were strategically placed to manage the lake effect snow on the complex rooflines with multiple slopes, dormers, and valleys. Medium bronze box gutters with white downspouts to match the trim were added to protect the front porch and rear deck.
