Architectural metal detailing
creates a timeless look.
When Calvary Church took on the multiyear expansion and renovation of its Grace Beyond building campaign, Buist Sheet Metal was hired to add a custom touch to the exterior – fabricating and installing a total of 9,500 square feet of architectural sheet metal. This included 5,500 square feet of custom 1.0 mm Quartz Zinc flat lock wall shingle siding, made up of over 3,000 individual pieces weighing 12,000 pounds. We also installed 2,500 square feet of composite metal panel fascia and 1,500 square feet of custom perforated metal soffit. The composite fascia fits to a radius on the two gable ends – sloping back as it goes down to the soffit (not a plumb fascia), making the corner details especially complex.
