Blue Roof House

Clay tile roofing on new pool house and custom copper gutters on all buildings.

The Blue Roof House is known for the Oriental style blue clay tile on the existing home. This Oriental style clay tile is produced in Japan and needed to be imported to match the roofing on the new pool house to the existing home. New custom 6″ box style gutters were fabricated and installed on both the pool house and home. The gutters were formed with an integral nailing flange that was turned up onto the roof slope. In order to replace the existing gutters on the home, the bottom two courses of roof tiles had to be removed and then reinstalled after the new gutters were installed.
